On the same CD: MOBILE TRADITION which covers BMW models 1502-2002Tii, 700, series 3, 5, 6 & 7 (E12, E21, E23, E24, E3 & E9) as well as the M1, Isetta, 1500-2000CS, V8 models, veterans & Z1. The ETM is the Electronics Troubleshooting Manual which offers BMW very detailed scanned pdf files of electrical systems and connection schemes. A must for the older cars which may have some electrical trouble now and again.
KSD (ERROR CODE SOFTWARE) v10/2002 This CD covers the E53, E52, E46, E39, E38, E36, E34, E32, E31, E30, E28, E24, E23, E21, E12, E09, E03, and 114 models. The KSD CD allows you to find out the number of man-hours that BMW esteems doing a particular task will take. This way you are able to check that the garage is as trustworthy as you always have thought. For the DIY person it will give you an idea of how long it should take you (though you may be slower than the hours if you haven't done the job before, don't have the correct tools, etc.). It also lists the defect codes so you know what the codes on the repair estimate from the dealer means. Finally, it will give you the recommended wheel/tire combinations for the E36, E38, E39, E46, E52, and E53 automobiles.
