These are OEM 540i HFMs. If you are planning on doing the Euro/540 HFM mod to your M3, this is THE part you need. Guaranteed 21rwhp gain on a 95 M3 when used with AA or TMS custom burned chip and intake. This HFM and the Euro HFM are the exact same and BOTH work with the TMS hfm upgraded chip, have no fear.
