Selling my baby because im buying a house this coming January
I spent $2k to switch out the old and cracked tan interior for new carpet
and used(but in good condition) black panels and leather seats. Also $1500 to install a
OEM convertible top 4 years ago that hasnt faded and looks brand new.
I've put ALOT of money into this car and was planning to put
a rebuilt M3 motor in it to make it my dream car but have
decided to save for the house instead. The car runs strong
but needs a new idle control chip. It went out and the car revs from
1k to 2.5k and i got an estimite for $640 to replace this. I was told
by a guy who owns an E30 that theres some vaccuming trick to fix this without
having to pay to replace the chip and im in the process of looking into it.
Car doesnt have any leaks and IMO is possibly the best looking E30 325ic out there.
The car has been in 1 wreck about 4 years ago. The cost for the repair was barely
over the Blue book value of the vehicle and was givin a salvage title. I already had
so much money and time spent into the vehicle that i paid to have it all fixed since
the damage done was all cosmetic and no internal damage was done. If you are SERIOUSLY
