I have decided to put my beloved M3 up for sale. I just got a dog and it would be better if i had a car that I dont have to be anal about and that i can take the dog out to do field training in.

This car is pretty rare because of the options that were selected on the car when ordered from the dealer. This is a local car (Oregon) and I am the 2nd owner. I have all the receipts from the previouse owner including the original window sticker.

Here are the details on the car.

1995 Alpine White M3
73,500 on the car now
Purchased in 2000 with 42k on car
Have all original owners records receipts etc.

Performance Mods
- ESS Supercharger installed at 60k (270RWHP)
- Fan Delete (installed Electric SPAL Fan)
- Supersprint Exhaust (non DTM)

Appearance:
- LTW Interior (cloth vaders) (original owner ordered from BMW this way)
- 18x8.5 BBS RGR rims all around
- Tires are new with about 3-4k on them.
- 6 Disc Stock BMW Changer
- Inpro Euro headlights with angel eyes (have original as well)
- E46 front Grill w/ emblem
- Clear corners, silvervison bulbs in rear (have original as well)
- Motorsport side Emblems

Suspension Mods
- NO SUNROOF (previous owner ordered this way)
- Dinan Front Strut Bar
- Rear Spoiler
- Everything else is stock

Maintenance done:
- Rear shock mounts replaced @50k
- metal impeller in water pump changed @50k
- 02 sensor replaced @50k
- Replaced Timing Chain Tensioner @70k
- All fluids changed to Redline at 45k (rear dif, tran, etc)
- I have 6 or so oil filters as well.
- Car was serviced and oil changed with redline 5-30 every 3000 miles.

Overall condition:
Paint: 9/10
Only a few rock chips on front grill area and one by the gas tank door. No door dings or scratches on the car at all. Super Clean car for being 9 years old.

Interior: 8/10
Driver seat shows a little wear in center area. Floor mats are original and need to be replaced.

Problems with the car:

- Front brake pads due to be replaced soon 30/40% left.

I am selling this beauty for $19,500 with everything included

I have done some research online regarding pricing and I have talked to several other owners in the area and this car is so clean that everyone says it is priced fairly.

Spent some time looking up pricing on the E36 M3 and book value for these cars is:
www.nada.com - $15k-$16.1k
www.edmunds.com - $11.5k-$14k
www.kbb.com - $12.5k-14.8k

Average between all these is $13,000-$15,000 depending on condition etc.

I also added up all the mods I did to the car and It looks like around $10,000 in addons. Of course you never get that out of the car when you sell it. The normal return is 50% of that or in my case $5000.

So i would consider $20,000 for it with everything i have on the car. If someone wanted to do their own styling mods I can put everything back to stock except for the SC and Exhaust.

I can remove
- Dinan Front Strut Bar
- 18x8.5 BBS RGR rims replace with stock 10spokes (i have to buy some)
- Inpro Euro headlights (replace with stock)
- Clear corners, silvervison bulbs in rear (replace with stock)
- Motorsport Emblems (replace with stock)

Knock off another $2000 to $17,500 if you were interested in that option.

Ya definately a rare thing with the E36 M. Most of the cars sold were either lux package or just standard Leather. The previous owner actually ordered the car from the dealer and asked specifically for those options. He didnt like the leather because you slide around in the seat too much. And the sunroof was just one more thing to go wrong on the car or leak. He also was an avid car enthusiast and felt the sunroof took away from the structural integrity of the car. The 95 LTW also had no sunroof and the same material seats.
